Hi, my name is Jane and I am a busy wife and a mum to a gorgeous, funny “tweenie” daughter.
I am also a working mum with a full-time corporate job and a long regular commute into London each day.
I grew up in a small town in Wales in what back then was considered to be a fairly deprived area of Wales where jobs were scarce and money was tight but people supported each other and made the best of it, always looked for the silver lining. I moved away from Wales not long after turning 18 eventually making it to Kent and London where I have worked and studied ever since.
I have always been an avid reader of all things to do with self development/self improvement and in addition to my day job, it is this passion which led me to also train as a Certified Personal & Business Development Coach. I get most enjoyment from being a Life Coach.
My other many interests include Health and Wellbeing and particularly Stress Management and Relaxation which led me to train in Mindfulness Meditation as well as a Relax Kids Coach. I am also a Certified Reiki Practitioner and an avid learner of all things Law of Attraction. I still consider myself very much a “Work in Progress” and always will be because there is still so much to learn about life.
Having an understanding of how busy life can be trying to make everything work (think spinning plates!), I am passionate about helping busy women to find their sparkle when its lost, polishing it up if its become a little dull and most importantly helping them take care of themselves better in the process as well!! With a healthy dose of Law of Attraction (magic making!) work thrown in as well x
