We just had to capture and share this lovely moment 💛

Every single day, without fail, one of the wonderful ladies we support rings the office for a catchup with our fantastic Forest of Dean Branch Manager.

They spend 15 minutes having a giggle and putting the world to rights!

This short daily phone call truly brightens both of their days.

Moments like these are what it’s all about 🥰

We love celebrating the little moments that mean so much 💐

One of our fabulous support workers; Carmela went the extra mile this week to brighten a client’s birthday by surprising her with a bouquet of beautiful roses.

Such a simple gesture, but it brought so much joy and a big smile to her day 🌹

It’s acts of kindness like this that truly make a difference and show the heart of what great care is all about ❤️

Happy Birthday! we’re so glad we could be part of your special day! 🎉

A warm welcome to Julie who has joined our team at Staverton branch 🙏🙏🙏
With over 35 years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector, Julie Jennings has built a career grounded in compassion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to person‑centred care. She began her journey as a carer, and through hard work, empathy, and strong leadership, progressed through roles including Senior Carer, Team Leader, Unit Manager, Care Practitioner, Clinical Lead, and ultimately Care Home Manager for two residential care homes.
After many successful years in management, Julie chose to step back from senior leadership to reconnect more closely with frontline support. She has since joined Bramble Home Care as a Care Coordinator, where she has quickly discovered an inspiring team and a role that aligns perfectly with her values. Although only a few weeks in, Julie is already embracing the learning curve of domiciliary care with enthusiasm.
At the heart of Julie’s practice is a simple but powerful principle: ensuring every individual receives truly person‑centred care. Nothing matters more to her than knowing a client feels valued, supported, and genuinely cared for when the care team leaves their home. She takes great pride in supporting both colleagues and clients, finding her “happy place” in empowering teams and ensuring people’s wellbeing is always the top priority.
Julie brings warmth, experience, and a deep sense of purpose to every role she takes on—qualities that continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she supports.
