CLIENT UPDATE – PAYMENT POLICY
Due to a small number of recent no-shows, I just wanted to share an update regarding bookings and deposits moving forward.
As a small business owner, when clients don’t attend appointments, unfortunately it means I effectively don’t get paid for the time that has been reserved - particularly on my weekend appointments, which are often booked at least a month in advance.
Previously, clients would pay a deposit for Session 1 of their Scalp Micropigmentation treatment, and then simply pay for Sessions 2 and 3 as they attended.
However, moving forward, all SMP sessions will now require a 30% deposit at the time of booking - including Sessions 1, 2 and 3.
This policy is being introduced not only to protect my business and appointment availability, but also to help ensure clients commit to completing their treatment journey within the recommended timeframe to achieve the very best results possible.
