📣 Introducing the newest member of the team - Joe!📣
Hi!
I am Joe Green, a passionate Sports Rehabilitator currently working in sports with Biggleswade United FC and Bedfordshire County Cricket. I have experience working in multiple sporting teams over the last few years including Ampthill Rugby Club and Shefford & Campton Football Club. I am also in the final year of my master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.
My passion lies in supporting patients through their recovery journey, helping them overcome injuries and return to the activities they enjoy. I focus on simplifying the rehabilitation process to ensure patients fully understand their pathway to recovery.
Four years ago, I made the life-changing decision to leave a decade-long career in IT to pursue my dream of becoming a physiotherapist. As a father of two, I am well-acquainted with the challenges of balancing multiple priorities, which has enriched my ability to empathize with patients managing busy lives.
Outside of work, I am an enthusiastic runner. Since completing a marathon in 2020, I have participated in multiple half-marathons and am currently training for the “Deadly Dozen” challenge in June. I also aspire to compete in a Hyrox fitness event by the end of the year.
I am excited to join Amy and the team at Active Rehab Clinic, where I look forward to assisting patients in Stevenage and the surrounding areas with their recovery goals. Whether it’s overcoming injuries or enhancing performance through sports massage & education, I am committed to providing tailored care to help individuals achieve their best outcomes!
