I know Iv been quite lately and some of that is down to how busy I have been both in my personal life and in my private practice which I am very grateful for but also there has been some withdrawal on my part I haven’t been feeling the best both with my physical health and my mental health. The lost of my furry friend so unexpectedly had a big impact, some extra learning I took on took a huge toll on me and my physical health was not right and it was hard to be heard. But today sitting on a boat staring out at the setting sun with my family I finally felt whole again, probably for the first time this year.

It’s ok to take time it’s ok to pull back on the things the take the most when you need to conserve your focus and energy and it’s ok to say Iv not been ok but I will be.

First little haul of the year from the allotment. Collected 1.7kg of raspberries far this year and we haven’t even scratched the surface. Strawberries doing less well the woodlice are eating most of them. Growing may be “behind” this year but it’s been worth the wait.
