Did you know that I am teaching Reiki Level 1 on 23rd May 2026.
This certified course looks at the history of reiki, chakras, energy healing, self healing, auras, grounding, energy protection and SO much more. All students receive full initiation into a strong reiki lineage which dates back to Dr Mikao Usui, a full, comprehensive manual to take home and certification to enable you to progress in your reiki journey to the practitioner level.
I absolutely love teaching and pride myself on providing LOTS of hands on experience to build confidence, I will walk step by step through the course with you providing guidance and encouragement.

Each attendee chose a glowing Opalite stone to hold during the sound bath meditation.
Opalite is calming for Inner Peace, helps to deepen our meditation, and brings a childlike joy and positivity 🤍
