What a deep honour to hold this pre-wedding day couples breathwork session yesterday, they arrived as a rainbow formed above us 🌈
Their session was focused on bringing their themselves into emotional presence with themselves and each other, after months of planning and organising their big day.
Sometimes we get so caught up in life and its demands that we forget why we are here, what our purpose is and how to show up for ourselves and the ones we love.

The love in the room was so tangible and moved me to tears.
I am wishing these two earthen souls the most beautiful day of holy union 🙏🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼

Who you experience the session with, choose a date and time that is convenient for you, freedom to share thoughts and experiences with people that you know and trust.
Have it your way! A private session can be tailored to suit your needs, choose more of a drum session, or more or less energy healing, or more guided meditation before / after the sound bath - it’s your session, you choose 🧘‍♀️

All sessions include energy healing to finish.

Healing & Other 1:1 services require a deposit upon booking - cancellation terms require 48hrs notice
