I specialise in holding space for healing and growth either mentally, emotionally, spiritually or physically. Drawing inspiration from the natural environment, my Reiki teachings and my mental health and wellbeing training, I gently guide and support you in moving through any issues you may be experiencing to emerge a happier and healthier version of you. I'm passionate about helping you access and reach your full potential as this will improve your wellbeing, confidence and personal journey through life. I’m a mental health first aider, a Reiki Master and a life coach and I combine all these skills to be a catalyst for change. My personal journey has very much influenced the work that I do and therefore my unique style is so engaging, it's difficult not to absorb my enthusiasm! Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of a person - body, mind, spirit and emotions. It can also encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth. I am really happy to be able to share the gift of Reiki with you.
