2025 for me has been all about healing so that I can become the best person I can be. I have experimented with different healing modalities but recently I have experienced two which have had profound results. These are Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Somatic Coaching. Both have helped me in different ways but the experience has been cathartic, liberating, eye opening and absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend you try one or the other.

I am not trained in either of these modalities but I can put you in touch with the beautiful souls who helped me achieve amazing results . If you would like to know more let me know 💜
