Celebrating my 5th year on Facebook. Thank you for your continuing support. I could never have made it without you. 🙏🤗🎉

Five years of Holistic Hands, offering Reiki, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, sound therapy, meditations, drumming and much more besides. A sincere thank you to everyone who had supported me along the way. I will be back in full force soon, but for now I must take a small step back.

This announcement comes from a heavy heart - but I’m at a point where I need to put my mental and physical health first… it is with great sadness that I have come on here to say that I am unable to hold my monthly sound baths until further notice.

Due to a new and exciting career venture with my beautiful sister, I have decided to slimline my healing offerings. I am so sorry to all the lovely ladies and gents who attend my monthly healing sessions, but I hope you’ll understand.

As soon as I am physically and mentally able to, I will return with the healing sound baths, but for now I have to place it on hold.

I will continue to offer one2one healing sessions on a Thursday evening and I thank all my lovely clients for booking in with me allowing me to continue to offer this healing.

The 2024 diary is now full therefore there are no more appointments left this year. Thank you all for your understanding 🫶🏻🩷🫶🏻

A beautiful card from the wonderfully talented Alexandra Fellowes!! Absolutely love doing my sound baths… I’m not even sorry it went on for longer than expected 😂🤣

Although I have now left my “muggle” job, I am venturing off to hoddesdon to pursue a life long dream of baking for a living. My sister and I are opening up a sandwich bar in Hoddesdon called Varney’s Sarnies where we’ll be offering home baked cakes and treats, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, traditional Cornish pasties and a lot more besides. Forgot to mention the speciality teas on offer which have been handmade by another talented friend of mine, Sarah from Wrights Remedies. These teas are formulated and produced in Offley Hoo and boast a whole plethora of benefits, such as inflammation reduction, antioxidants, increased memory and concentration, reduction in stress and anxiety and a lot more besides… my favourite blend is Focus Pocus 🫶🏻☕️🫶🏻

Just to reassure you all I will still continue with my teachings, treatments and monthly sound baths x🩷x

I will be a Chells Manor Community Centre this evening with the talented Alexandra Fellowes. Alex will be taking to the floor to bring through loved ones and I shall be doing a mini sound bath to relax you all. Tickets available on the door which open at 6:30pm tonight 🙌🏻🙌🏻
