Five years of Holistic Hands, offering Reiki, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, sound therapy, meditations, drumming and much more besides. A sincere thank you to everyone who had supported me along the way. I will be back in full force soon, but for now I must take a small step back.

This announcement comes from a heavy heart - but I’m at a point where I need to put my mental and physical health first… it is with great sadness that I have come on here to say that I am unable to hold my monthly sound baths until further notice.

Due to a new and exciting career venture with my beautiful sister, I have decided to slimline my healing offerings. I am so sorry to all the lovely ladies and gents who attend my monthly healing sessions, but I hope you’ll understand.

As soon as I am physically and mentally able to, I will return with the healing sound baths, but for now I have to place it on hold.

I will continue to offer one2one healing sessions on a Thursday evening and I thank all my lovely clients for booking in with me allowing me to continue to offer this healing.

The 2024 diary is now full therefore there are no more appointments left this year. Thank you all for your understanding 🫶🏻🩷🫶🏻

A little about me...

Hi, I’m Helen!! I have a passion for all things Holistic and Spiritual...

I am now a fully qualified Usui Reiki Practioner, gaining my Level 1 in October 2019 and my Level 2 in February 2020.

I have also been attending a closed circle since 2018. Always had an interest in Tarot & Angel Cards. Attended a Tarot Course November 2018. This was then followed up with Psychic Development courses Levels 1, 2 & 3 in 2019.

My mediumship is still being developed and I have so far learned all I know from a few well established Mediums in Hertfordshire.
