We are delighted to announce that Listerfest has raised a phenomenal £3,163 💙👏⭐
The family friendly festival held at The Cricketers was a huge success. Hundreds of visitors came out to enjoy the festivities with back to back music all day, from a range of local artists including: Abbie Gathard, Steve Young and The Real Time Players and our headliners National Funk Service 🎼🎸🎹
💬 Beth McNeil, Head of Fundraising said: “We were delighted to be part of this brilliant festival which came together to give back and raise funds for Lister Hospital. The idea for the event came about from staff members Adam Frosh and Marie Lyons, two very talented consultants at the hospital who go above and beyond for our patients every day but also wanted to use their musical talents to raise funds for the hospital through the brilliant funk band National Funk Service which they are members of."
Thank you to One2One Recording Ltd who brought together the host of fantastic acts who all donated their time for our charity 🙌
We would also like to say a huge heartfelt thank you to the Listerfest committee, the performers who helped make the day a success, all of the visitors who came along to enjoy the day, our wonderful volunteers who gave up their time to help and the array of stallholders who came along too!
And a special thank you to Mike at the Cricketers for his incredible support throughout and for being our fantastic host for the day whilst also organising the stages, inflatables and face painting 🏰🎨💙
