A message to my lovely patients.

Yes, I’ve disappeared.

No, I haven’t been kidnapped by Albanian gangsters.

I’m just off-grid, deep in undertaking training and mentoring mode for my amazing delegates for the next 9 days.

(Think Rocky IV montage but with filler syringes instead of snow punches.)

I know some of you have started to panic.
“Where’s Dr. Singh?”
“Is he coming back?”
“Do I need to send a search party?!”
One patient messaged:
“Should I book with someone else?”
Absolutely not. HOW DARE YOU.

Let’s get this clear:
I’m not on holiday.
I haven’t been abducted.
I’m not launching a new OnlyFans (yet).
I’m training.

Alright folks—time for some cheeky myth-busting 🍑🔫

Imagine Botox as a spa day for your face, right? Now picture that spa day happening at the gates of… well, the grand canyon’s back entrance.

That’s “Hole Tox.” Basically, someone decided, “Hey, why relax forehead wrinkles when you can relax your sphincter?”

Inject 20–100 units of Botox down there so it’s as chill as a Sunday morning—perfect for anyone who’s ever thought, “Gosh, I wish this part of me would just loosen up.”

But let’s be real: I’m not Dr. Butt-a-Lot. No secret back-alley appointments here, no hush-hush “butt Botox” parties in my clinic. If you want to try this, you’ll have to find someone else who’s handy with the needle and has, um, an eye for rear-end aesthetics. 😉

So for the avoidance of doubt:
1️⃣ I WILL NOT be offering “Hole Tox” services.
2️⃣ There are plenty of brave souls experimenting elsewhere—good luck, pioneers!

Are Skinny Jabs Messing With Your Botox?

Spoiler: Probably not—but there’s something you should know.

Let’s clear up a myth:

You might’ve heard that weight loss injections like Ozempic make your Botox wear off faster. Maybe you’ve noticed changes in your results and started wondering if your treatment isn’t working like it used to.

Here’s the reality:

Ozempic and other GLP-1 meds don’t directly affect Botox. They target your metabolism, not your neuromuscular junction. So technically, the duration of your Botox should stay the same.

BUT. (And it’s a big one.)

Weight loss affects your face too. When you lose fat, the muscles Botox relaxed might become more visible and mobile—not because the Botox stopped working but because the fat that softened your features is gone.

This is why some people experience “Ozempic Face”—less volume, sharper angles, and sometimes a more aged look.

What does this mean for you?

✔ Your Botox plan might need tweaking to match your changing facial structure.
✔ If you’ve lost volume, strategic filler (not just more Botox) might be the better solution.
✔ Honest conversations are key—less weight often means less face, and we need to plan accordingly.

Bottom line: Botox and weight loss injections can work together safely. Just don’t expect the same treatment plan you had before.
