I pour so much love and intention into my Gem Elixirs. I make them in small batches only twice a month around the new or full moon giving them extra magical energies. All elixirs and aura sprays are also infused with beautiful Reiki energy.

This week we celebrate International Dog day, and it’s got us thinking about how Reiki can support the canine kingdom.

My own dog Georgie is in a cone at the moment to help him recover from a hotspot on his paw - so I have been sending him Reiki to calm any anxiety and support healing.

There has been much change and transformation in my life lately and I have used that to breathe new life into my holistic business. I have had a little rebrand and change of colour from pink to lilac to honour my spiritual path. It was a recent drum journey that revealed I should "go back to my roots" and this hit me with a wave of realisation. Reiki has really been the root of my spiritual journey, it helped me so much after my mum passed away and has been at the core of my ongoing healing but somehow I lost sight of this beautiful path with worries over finances and the constant pressure of social media. So back to my roots I am going, back to the Reiki way. I will be scaling back my offerings slightly concentrating on those modalities that mean the most to me and bring me so much joy sharing with others.

Did you know that as well as in person Reiki sessions I also offer distance or "remote" sessions. This technique allows me to send healing energy to individuals, situations or events regardless of their physical location. This practice is based on the principle that energy is not confined by time or space and can be channelled anywhere. During a distance session I will connect with a recipient's energy field using Reiki symbols and intentions to facilitate healing which is just as effective as if they were in the same room. I am so blessed to be able to now offer Reiki Drumming. This is such a special form of energy healing that is very close to my heart. I am therefore looking for some models so that I can practice and will be offering 30 minute sessions at a discounted rate for a short period. You will also receive 10% off your first full priced session booked. You can choose either a Reiki Drum healing session or a Reiki Drum Journey which is similar to a guided meditation but with the beat of the Drum. I will be taking bookings from 1st September
