Having strong hamstrings can prevent lower back pain, improve posture, reduce acl injuries and more!

Having weak or tight hamstrings can increase the risk of the above, through neglect, sitting for long periods, poor movement mechanics can all cause the hamstrings to become a kink in your armour 😒

So next time you have lower back pain, poor spinal posture, tightness in your posterior change.. think 🤔 what are my hamstrings doing?

We recomend all clients with such symptoms to test their hamstrings, your mobility, flexibility, strength and general movement of the hamstrings!

From here exercises such as RDL’s, Good mornings, glute bridges and nordics curls are a great start to strength if your posture changes unsung hero!
