I love working with Mudras in my own practice and in my classes and therapy sessions

But did you know we can bring them into our daily life for example as a way to focus your energy and mind in the morning, as a mindful breathing break to restore your energy during the day, or to reduce feelings of stress or anxiety if you are having a challenging day
