Let's celebrate Abby’s 5 Years of Service!
Big cheers for Abby, who has officially hit the 5‑year mark! Five whole years of energy, kindness, hard work, and we couldn’t imagine the place without her.

She brings the smiles, the sparkle, and the “let’s get it done” attitude every single day. Five years down, and she’s only just getting started.

Huge congratulations, Abby and here’s to the next five being even bigger, brighter, and bolder.

Martin and Hazel are taking on the Cambridge Half Marathon to raise money for Eddies, The Edmund Trust, a charity that does incredible work supporting people with learning disabilities and their families.

They’re putting in the miles, the training, and the determination, all to help a charity that changes lives every day. Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference.

If you’d like to support them, you can donate here:

A really special moment for Ty recently. Even though he’s been staying indoors recently while he works through his anxieties, Santa made a personal visit, complete with a message full of pride, encouragement and support. And Ty absolutely loved it. It was a real spark of joy in his day.

His amazing team never stop thinking of ways to keep him engaged and smiling. Today’s big achievement? Ty made a bracelet from his craft basket, and he’s so proud of it. Moments like these remind us how creativity, patience and a little festive magic can make such a difference.

Well done Team Ty and well done Ty.

Jackie bundled up for the frosty weather and, with her Lead Support Worker Kerry, headed out to embrace the fresh air with a bracing walk across Dunstable Downs. Nothing like a winter breeze to wake up the senses!

Afterwards, it was time to thaw out in the café, complete with a cosy jigsaw session and a little “help” from Peter Rabbit and Lilliput, who supervised the puzzle‑building in their own special way.
A perfect mix of fresh air and relaxing moments.

Caroline had an 'Aladdin-credible' time at the pantomime in St Albans with her Lead Support worker Sue and her family, Martin and Hazel !

The cast were sultan‑ly brilliant and the jokes were abu‑ndantly funny and Caroline joined in with the mayhem and chaos!

They had a great night out, you could say the fun was simply un‑bottle‑able! 🧞‍♂️✨

🤩Huge congratulations to Team Jackie - Kerry, Marian, Maria and Georgia, our December Service Superstars 🙌

We wanted to take a moment to recognise their support for Jackie over the last few weeks. They have been kind, sensitive and inclusive working closely with Jackie’s family, finding the right way for them and Jackie to be comforted and involved in recent sad circumstances. They all respectfully ensured that Jackie was fully informed at each stage. And they still ensured that Jackie had the best time she could on her Birthday.

Well done Team Jackie!

Caroline, with Sue by her side, had the best time exploring the Christmas lights! ✨
She was all smiles as she took in every magical display, completely lit up by the festive atmosphere.

And the moment that really warmed everyone’s hearts? Caroline chose to put money in the charity box, a huge, brave step forward and one that deserves to be celebrated.

Well done, Caroline.

What an incredible day for David!
He got to ride a mechanical horse and experience the thrill of real horse riding without even leaving the room. The team who made this happen absolutely nailed it, and judging by that huge smile on David’s face, he loved every second of it. Moments like these are pure magic.

And now for the final instalments from Elf Jolly who has been making his presence known in the Team Chloe household!

Jolly fancied a cheeseburger but I think his eyes are bigger than his belly!!
This was swiftly followed by pigs in blankets, Chloe's favourites, before he decided to become an action hero and zipline around Chloe's living room!!
Not content with causing mischief here he decided to go rock climbing on the front door.

What a fun and exciting few weeks Jolly has provided! He has now said his Goodbyes to Chloe and the Team and thanked her for letting him stay and cause havoc! We think Chloe will miss his adventures.

Merry Christmas all you Elves out there!!
