Strength training regularly? Doing high intensity conditioning?

You may benefit from sports massage every 2-4 weeks and cupping, especially on calves, hamstrings, glutes and upper back during heavy training blocks!

Both help with muscle tightness and help recovery and cupping helps promote a healing response by bringing fresh oxygenated blood to the tight area! It’s also useful for tender spots as it’s pulling the tissue up!
