Today we recognise the importance of men’s health, wellbeing and positive role models. It’s a chance to raise awareness and highlight the value of support and inclusion for all. We marked International Men’s Day in several ways, from raising awareness around Movember to making a donation to Prostate Cancer UK, a charity chosen by our teammates.

We have a fantastic team at Step Change Outsourcing and we’re proud to support an environment where everyone feels valued.

It’s World Mental Health Day!🌎✨

As we celebrate 16 years of Step Change Outsourcing, we look back on our journey and some of the incredible memories along the way. We started with 14 team members in Royston, moving through Hitchin, and now thriving in Stevenage with over 200 of us!

Over the years, we’ve celebrated countless holidays together, thrown ourselves into charity events, shared plenty of laughs (and cake!), and built a community we’re truly proud of.

Here’s to 16 years of growth, teamwork, and success, and to many more ahead!

This week, our team baked, shared, and enjoyed some delicious treats, all for a cause that means a lot to us. Inspired by one of our teammates, we held a charity bake sale and raised a fantastic amount for in support of a charity bike ride. 🚴

A big shoutout to everyone who baked, bought, and maybe went back for seconds 😉. Together, we turned sweet treats into support for a great cause. 🧁✨

This week at SCO, we kicked off our very first Internal Careers Fair — a space for our teammates to explore new career paths, unlock potential, and discover where their journey could take them. 🚀

Our opening theme dived into the world of Learning & Development, with interactive workshops led by our amazing training team. From hands-on activities to collaborative challenges, they showed us just how creative, impactful, and fun the trainer role can be. 🌟

This is only the beginning — we’re excited to see our teammates continue to learn, grow, and shape their future with us. 💡

Happy World Photo Day! 📸

Today is the perfect moment to look back at the incredible memories we've made so far this year. From hosting our biggest annual conference yet, to welcoming back our long-service CEO lunches, and celebrating successes at the EE Roadshow.

We’ve also been busy giving back to our local community - donating Easter eggs to the East and North Herts Hospital Charity and holding a bake sale in support of Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice.

And the best part? We’re only halfway through the year. We can't wait to see what the next chapter brings!
