Good Posture is for LIFE
Posture is key for body health and it relies on good FOUNDATION, MOBILITY and STRENGTH of muscles and joints throughout the body
With this body you can see the feet are sticking outwards. This will cause the knees to turn and apply pressure to the lower back. This in turn will cause the belly to stick outwards which isn’t helped by a weak core.
Due to being out of alignment because of the foundation from the ankles upwards we reach the shoulders which are rounded. Lots of stress to the upper back and neck
Simple 5 minutes of stretching a day and Pilates would solve most of these issues
