Lasting Powers & Wills is an independent company based in Stevenage, providing caring and professional Will writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney services. A Will appointment typically lasts around an hour; and if you require Lasting Powers of Attorney you can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes giving us the information and signatures needed in order to compile your professionally drawn up documents. August has been a busy month for us at A R K 💛

Alongside lots of Stevenage appointments, we’ve also been out and about visiting clients in Biggleswade, Royston, Hitchin, Letchworth, Weston and Arlesey.

We’ve been making great use of both the Hotel Cromwell Stevenage and the Business & Technology Centre (btc)

📞 The phones haven’t stopped ringing either, with plenty of calls for our free initial Probate support and ongoing Probate work.

Next week, Karen and John are taking a well-earned break in the (not-so-sunny!) Peak District 🌧️—time to recharge before what’s set to be a busy autumn ahead. 🍂

An LPA is a legal document that allows a person/people you trust to help you make decisions – or to make decisions on your behalf – about money and property if illness or an accident means that you were unable to do that for yourself.

Based in Stevenage, we support our local north Herts community. We also offer virtual meetings if you live further afield. Please ask us for details about how easy it can be to make LPAs in this way.

A.R.K. Lasting Powers & Wills is a family company based in Stevenage, providing caring and professional Will writing, Lasting Power of Attorney and Pre-paid Funeral Plan services. We will visit you at home* at a time convenient to you. A Will appointment typically lasts around an hour; and if you require Lasting Powers of Attorney you can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes giving us the information and signatures needed in order for us to compile your professionally drawn up documents.

We will discuss your funeral requirements with sensitivity, and there will be absolutely no pressure to buy a Funeral Plan. We will just explain the options. You can have peace of mind knowing that your needs will be looked after by a professional company with all the processes, systems and insurances in place to ensure that you and your family will be protected from the worst. *If you would prefer to visit us during office hours this can also be arranged.
