I am pleased to announce I have made some workshop bookings this year at St Martins parish centre again…

Dates are as follows ….
Saturday April 25th spring workshop at 10.30-12.30
Saturday 13th June summer workshop at 10.30-12.30
Saturday 26th September Chakra workshop at 10.30-12.30
Saturday 28th November A winter stillness and meditation afternoon workshop at 1-3pm

Pencil the dates in your diary’s , last years workshops were extremely popular.
I’ll be sending the email out for the April workshop in next few weeks 💙🙏🏽

I can only reserve you a space for 24 hours without payment as I can no longer afford to wait days for the money to go into my bank sadly .

Next week as we come into the last few classes of the year, I am feeling full of gratitude as really have enjoyed working with you all this past year/s and working on our yoga practises together and our personal self development.
I am truly blessed to know so many gorgeous souls who seem to trust me with their practise and I want you all to know how much that means to me from my heart ♥️
My job is not just a job to me it’s a community and thank you for being part of that community .

One of the many things that teaching yoga has taught me is that people come here to heal , people often bring so much “stuff” to the class with them that they are trying to deal with .
It’s important we all know and feel welcomed in these spaces , this our safe space for healing and working on ourselves we bring whatever we bring with no judgement or expectations .

Winter retreat workshop
Gratefully i sold out so quick for the 1.30-3.30pm workshop but many people were disappointed to not get booked on , so I’ve decided to hold the space and teach another one after at 4-6pm.
The date is Saturday November 15th.
The venue is Saint martins parish centre in
Knebworth.
