With the clocks going forward this weekend where we lose an hours sleep, you may not realise that this can have a profound effect on our health.

This circadian disruption is often called ‘social jet lag’, and has been known to cause a 24% increase in heart attacks on the following Monday, an increase in stroke risk and a higher incidence of traffic accidents.

With that in mind, Ian Riches, our resident Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach from Mastering Nutrition has given us his top 5 tips for getting a good night’s sleep.
