Completed the Marathon.

26.2 miles. Starting at midnight. Raising money for and .

I committed back in December with a handful of runs under my belt. The furthest I’d run before last night was 10k. Underprepared is an understatement.

In March, Elloise told me she wasn’t standing on the sidelines. She was doing it with me. Her exact words, instead of cheering you on from the side, I’ll be by your side the entire way. That decision got me to the start line with more confidence than any training run could have given me.

And she delivered. Up until 34k she was the reason we kept moving. Kept each other laughing, kept putting one foot in front of the other. She gave me exactly what I needed when I needed it.

Then her knee gave out.

And just like that, it was my turn. She’d carried me, now I carried her. We walked where we had to. We ran the final lap & completed the marathon.

That’s what this night taught me. Real support isn’t one sided. It goes both ways, and the people worth having next to you understand that without it ever needing to be said.

And here’s the other thing, I wasn’t perfect in my preparation. Not even close. But I showed up, I committed, and I got it done. The medal doesn’t care how many training runs you logged. It cares that you crossed the finish line and kept moving forward.

To and everyone involved in the Flawed Hero event, what you’re doing is special. Thank you.

Most people fail a fat loss phase before it even starts.

They cut too hard, too fast. They’re not flexible enough with their diet to stay consistent. And the second progress slows down, they panic and change everything at once.
That’s where most people go wrong.

With Will, we did the opposite.

Flexible dieting meant he could live his life and still hit his targets. No banned foods. No crash dieting. Just a sensible approach he could actually stick to week after week.

When his rate of loss slowed down, we didn’t overreact. We assessed what was happening, made small calculated adjustments, and kept moving forward. No knee-jerk cuts to calories. No doubling up on cardio. Just the right change, at the right time.

That’s what good coaching looks like.

The results speak for themselves. Will put the work in consistently and trusted the process even when progress felt slow. That’s not easy to do. But it’s what separates people who get there from people who don’t.

Fat loss isn’t complicated. But it does require structure, patience, and someone who knows when to change things and when to leave them alone.

Will nailed all three.

The April holidays have a habit of quietly killing two weeks of training.

No drama. No big decision to stop. The routine just breaks, the days fill up, and suddenly it is the end of the fortnight and you have not been in the gym once.

If that is already happening, scroll through.

And if the first week has got away from you, drop us a DM.

We will have a straight conversation about how to turn it around and what is realistic from here.

Sport was my whole world growing up.

Not in a casual way. In a way that taught me from an early age that results don’t come from wanting it, they come from showing up, doing the work, and having the right people around you.

That never left me.

When I found strength training, it wasn’t just about the physical side. It was about the process. The discipline. The feeling of getting better at something because you committed to it properly.

Coaching was never really a decision I made. It was just where everything pointed.

Because helping people experience that same feeling, that clarity, that progress, that quiet confidence that comes from actually doing what you said you would, is what I find genuinely fulfilling.

That’s my why. And it hasn’t changed in over 10 years.

18 Weeks. A Busy Dad. A Complete Transformation.

When James first joined me, he was stuck in a cardio-only routine, constantly tired and struggling to balance fitness with the demands of work and fatherhood.

Like many, he’d tried before but without structure and accountability, the results never lasted.

Fast forward 18 weeks: James went from 94kg at 24% body fat → 87kg at 16.7% body fat, gained lean muscle, and now feels fitter, stronger, and more confident than ever.

No fads. No quick fixes. Just a clear plan, accountability, and consistent effort.

If you’re ready to create your own transformation, even with a busy lifestyle, send me a DM today and let’s get started.

Chris lost 15kg while getting stronger across every major lift.

Not because he had a perfect plan from day one, but because he finally had a system worth following.

Most people who’ve trained before know what they should be doing. The issue isn’t knowledge, it’s consistency.

No structure. No accountability. Training when motivation shows up, eating well when life’s calm, then falling off when things get busy.

Chris was the same. He’d had plans before. He’d followed meal plans before. But without proper accountability, he’d drift away from it when work got busy or life got in the way.

Good intentions, but nothing keeping him on track when it mattered.

We gave him what was missing.

A structured training plan that progressed week to week.

Nutrition targets he could actually hit during a busy schedule.

Weekly check-ins that kept him honest when things got tough.

He turned up. He tracked his food. He communicated when life threw curveballs. That discipline is what separates results from wasted effort.

The weight came off. Strength went up. But more importantly, he built the habits and confidence that’ll last well beyond the numbers on the scale.

If you’re tired of spinning your wheels and want a structured approach that actually delivers, DM me ‘COACHING’ and let’s talk.
