So today our peak pose was crow 🐦⬛
A difficult one and a pose that can seem unobtainable to some.
So it’s lovely to see everyone having a go. And we did this by trying out lots of variations, with & without props and generally just getting the feel of the pose.
Next week we will do this again, in fact it will be in our practice for the next 3 weeks.
Why? So that we can keep building and keep practicing and then get to the best version of crow that suits you and your body.
I’m expecting to see a wonderful variety of crows in week 4 😉💕🙏

- Builds confidence
