Meet Leon — a bright and bubbly 95-year-old retired university professor who walked into my clinic today with a twinkle in his eye and said, “I’d like a deep tissue massage, please.” For a moment, I was speechless… then we both burst into laughter! At 95, he’s still full of spirit — and clearly not afraid of a good challenge.

We sat down for tea and an inspiring chat about life, learning, and laughter. In the end, we agreed that a blend of reflexology and acupuncture would suit him best (we’ll save the deep tissue adventure for another day!).

I don’t often get clients of his generation — most of mine are young mums who prefer not to have their pictures posted. But not Leon! He was thrilled to have his picture taken and shared. His joy and confidence were contagious.

At 95, he reminded me that age is just a number, laughter is timeless, and curiosity keeps the spirit young. Bless his beautiful heart ❤️

Every day carries its own quiet magic, but this morning felt especially blessed.

A client — who preferred to keep her journey private, as many do these days — came to me eight weeks ago seeking support in her path to motherhood after two painful losses. With gentle hands and a heart full of intention, I offered her a blend of fertility acupuncture and reflexology over six sessions.

Today, she shared the most beautiful news — she’s expecting.
