Great medal

This medal is not about the time but the journey to complete the distance!

Athlete who has always struggled to run 10km without injuring his claves. This athlete used the internet for sessions and would combine two sessions of intervals and hill reps into the same session.

With a simple program based on time this athlete grow in confidence, understanding of his body, understanding of why to do certain sessions, the importance of warm ups ans stretching. With this new knowledge he completed the 10km and now we help him to do his first 1/2 marathon

Great session with Freedom Tri

This session was a lamppost to lamppost build session. Using the equally spaced out lamppost as markers we worked on increasing and decreasing our speeds will still maintaining form

Wow! This is a shock

Simon Yates retires with a immediate effect at the age of 33! I would of thought maybe having a go at defending his title at would be a great watch this season

I was on Zwift from the very beginning when it started but this year I’ve switched to this winter for my training.

I like the realism of the routes and the fact I can ride the routes of races I plan to do in years to come. I’m very much looking forward to uploading routes of races for this year.

On feature I think is a good for my training is the session builder. Very quick and easy to you. The Eco mode is very easy to use

It you’ve not tried it before it’s worth a look at ROUVY. You get some free miles to trial

2025 been a good year. 3 wins 🥇and a 3rd🥉for myself

Plus AG wins, qualification for GB🇬🇧, PBs for my athletes plus training someone to change gears on the bike. Lots of riding, swimming and strength

It’s been a good year and lots of new exciting things are happening for Feetham Coaching in 2026! Looking forward to working with my athletes in 2026
