After ditching restrictive yo-yo dieting, Joe decided to make a healthy change and joined his local group. It’s National Meatball Day! And I have a very worthy recipe to share with you: Smoky Meatball Tagliatelle which is full of Free Foods.

Slimming World have so many indulgent, comforting recipes that will make your taste buds very happy, all whilst losing weight. I run local Slimming World groups at Steventon Village Hall on Wednesdays at 5.30 pm and 7 pm if you’d like to come along.

Know that if you’d like to take control, then walking through my doors can be the biggest step towards your new, dream life. You’ll always receive a warm welcome at Slimming World and you’ll be surrounded by other members that want you to succeed (just as much as you do!).
