“Sara brought together a group of women who shared, cried, hugged, supported and protected each other…
a very special bond was created. I’ve never had any experience like it.”
This is something that always unfolds on retreat…
and it’s so hard to explain until you experience it.
Women arriving as strangers —
and leaving feeling deeply seen, supported, and connected.
There’s something so powerful about being in a space where you can fully be yourself, without judgement.
It really is something special 🤍
“The experience is one I will truly never forgot. Sara carefully and lovingly supported us through a journey of self discovery, helping to let go of worries and fears, gain new confidence and strength and learn new ways to love ourselves better.”
Feeling this unfold in real time is a privilege, and it’s why I’m so excited for next year’s retreat — to see what new connections, growth, and magic get to happen again 🤍

The Easter weekend can be full — time with family, plans, movement, noise…
And sometimes, what we need afterwards is a moment to land. To rest. To reset.

• Breathe a little deeper
• Come back to yourself
Whether your weekend has felt busy, social, or just a lot — this is your invitation to soften and unwind.

I’ve just returned from my retreat in Bali, and I’m feeling so deeply reminded of the power of these practices — of what happens when we give ourselves space to pause, to soften, and to truly reconnect.
It’s not always about doing more.
Sometimes it’s about allowing ourselves to rest.
That’s exactly what Thursday evenings are here for 🤍
Each week offers a different way to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and come back to yourself — all held in a calm, supportive space.
✨ This week: Yoga Nidra ✨
(Thursday 9th| 7pm)
Last month’s Yoga Nidra sold out quickly, and it’s easy to see why.
This is a deeply restful, guided practice where you simply lie down and are led into a state of conscious rest — allowing the body to fully relax while the mind gently unwinds.
It’s powerful in its simplicity, supporting:
• Deep rest and restoration
• Nervous system regulation
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep
No movement. No experience needed.
Just space to rest and receive.
✨ Coming up this month ✨
• Yoga Nidra — this Thursday
• Sound Healing — next week - Thursday 16th
• Conscious Connected Breathwork — Thursday 23rd
• Women’s Circle — Thursday 30th
Each offering holds space in a different way, but all are designed to support you in slowing down, reconnecting, and meeting yourself exactly where you are.
🕯️ Thursday evenings
📍 Sacred Space Sanctuary
If your body is asking for rest, you’re warmly welcome to join 🤍
I’ve just returned home from Bali…
and I’m not sure I’ll ever fully find the words for what we experienced.
It wasn’t just a retreat.
It was something far deeper than that.
Eight women… showing up with open hearts…
with courage, honesty, and a willingness to be seen.
The level of vulnerability… the way they held each other…
the stories shared, the tears, the laughter…
it was truly one of the most powerful spaces I’ve ever been part of.
There were moments that felt indescribable —
the kind you know will stay with you for a lifetime.
Every single woman said the same thing in different words…
“I don’t even know how to explain what this was… but it changed me.”
And that’s the thing about retreats…
you can’t fully understand them until you feel them.
I feel so deeply honoured to have held this space…
and even more honoured by the women who trusted themselves enough to step into it.
This is the power of taking time away…
to reconnect, to release, to be witnessed… and to come home to yourself.
I’ll carry this one with me forever 🤍

There’s something so special about being in a space where you don’t have to have it all together 🤍
My new Mummy & Me class begins again on Friday 10th April at 10:30am at Sacred Space Wellness, and this is your gentle invitation to come exactly as you are.
No expectations.
No pressure.
No need for your baby to be settled, quiet, or on any kind of schedule.
Just a space to:
✨ breathe
✨ move gently
✨ connect with your baby
✨ and be around other mums who get it
Whether you’ve been before or this would be your first time, you are so welcome here. Even if you’re feeling tired, unsure, or a little out of your depth — you don’t need to wait until things feel easier.
Come with the nappies, the feeds, the tears, the laughter… all of it is welcome.
This is as much for you as it is for your little one 🤍
If you’ve been meaning to get out of the house and find a space that feels safe and supportive, this could be it.
To any mums-to-be (or those newly navigating pregnancy)… this is your space 🤍
Over the past few months, I’ve had the honour of holding space for some incredible women as they’ve moved through pregnancy… and now, as some step away to meet their babies, there’s room to welcome new faces into the circle.
This class is a place to slow down, to breathe, and to reconnect with your body as it changes.
A space where you can move gently, feel supported, and be surrounded by others who just get it.
No experience is needed – just come as you are.
New block begins:
🗓 Tuesday 7th April
⏰ 7:15pm
If you’ve been thinking about joining, this is a beautiful time to start. And if you’ve been before and are ready to return, you’ll always have a space here 💛
Feel free to message me with any questions or if you’re unsure whether it’s right for you.
✨ Restorative Thursdays | Sound Healing This Week ✨
Last week’s Yoga Nidra evening completely sold out, and it was such a beautiful space of deep rest and stillness.
If you missed it, this Thursday is another opportunity to slow down with our Sound Healing session at 7pm.
Sound healing uses gentle vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes and gong to help the body move into a deeply relaxed state. As the sounds wash over you, the nervous system begins to soften, allowing tension to release and the body to restore balance.
Many people experience:
🌙 Deep relaxation
🌙 Reduced stress and anxiety
🌙 Better sleep
🌙 Emotional release
🌙 A sense of calm and grounding
You don’t need any experience — simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds to do the work.
If your week has been busy or your body is asking for rest, this is your invitation to pause.
Thursdays at Sacred Space are always a little softer.
While the rest of the week may invite movement and activation, Thursday evenings are about restoration… about asking yourself what do I need? and giving yourself full permission to receive it.
This week we’ll be practising Yoga Nidra – often known as “yogic sleep.”
But it isn’t really sleep.
It’s a guided meditation practised lying down, where the body rests completely while the mind is gently led into a deeply restorative state. There’s no movement. No flexibility required. No prior experience needed. You don’t have to “be good” at meditation.
You simply lie down. Get comfortable. And listen.
✨ It can:
– Support nervous system regulation
– Reduce stress and anxiety
– Improve sleep quality
– Enhance clarity and emotional balance
– Leave you feeling rested in a way that sleep alone sometimes doesn’t
Yoga Nidra is truly available to everyone.
If you can lie down and breathe, you can practise.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more, move more… this is your invitation to pause.
To soften.
To be held.
To receive.
There are just a few spaces left for Thursday at 7pm.
If your body is whispering that it needs this, I’d love to welcome you.
If you’re craving a softer way to move through the end of the week, I’m holding space over the next two evenings.
Thursday evening – Women’s Circle
A gentle, held space to arrive exactly as you are.
No fixing, no performing, no pressure to share more than feels right.
Just connection, listening, and being witnessed.
Friday evening – Candlelit Yin Yoga
A slow, grounding practice to soften the body and settle the nervous system.
Time to rest, breathe, and let go of the week.
If you’ve been craving somewhere to land, somewhere to be held, or simply a quieter way to move into the weekend — there’s space for you.
