✨ What to expect in a women’s circle ✨
If you’ve never been to a women’s circle before, it can feel a little mysterious — or even intimidating.
This circle is not about being “deep,” spiritual, or having the right words. It’s not group therapy, and there’s no pressure to share.
You can expect:
• A calm, welcoming space
• Time to arrive and ground
• Gentle reflection or journaling
• The option to share, or simply listen
• Being witnessed without advice or fixing
You don’t need to talk.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to know anyone.
This is a space to pause, soften, and feel less alone — exactly as you are.
🕯️ Women’s Circle
Thursday 7pm| Sacred Space Sanctuary
January can feel loud.
The push to start again, do more, be more.
Even when what’s really needed is the opposite.
This week at Sacred Space Sanctuary, I’m holding space for slowing down.
For softness.
For stillness.
For letting the nervous system exhale.
✨ Sound Healing — tonight, 7pm
A deeply restful journey of sound and vibration to help you settle, release, and be held.
Just a few spaces left.
🕯 Candlelit Yin — tomorrow, 6.30pm
Slow, floor-based postures held in stillness, guided by breath and candlelight.
A gentle invitation to soften and arrive exactly as you are.
If January feels full, heavy, or demanding —
these spaces are here to support you back into your body, your breath, and your own rhythm.
Seven years ago today, I stepped into a yoga shala nestled in the jungle in Ubud Bali for the first time.
I didn’t know it then, but that journey would quietly change the course of my life.
Bali was where I softened.
Where I learned to listen to myself.
Where I remembered that rest, ritual, and connection weren’t luxuries — they were essential.
And somehow, I’ve found myself returning again and again.
Each time at a different stage of my life.
Each time learning something new.
Seven years later, I’m returning once more — this time holding space for other women to do the same.
This upcoming retreat feels especially meaningful. It’s rare for there to still be space at this point — and instead of seeing that as a problem, it honestly feels like an invitation.
An invitation for the woman who keeps putting herself last.
For the woman who’s been giving and holding and managing…
For the woman who said, “This year, I want to choose myself.”
The group already coming is beautiful — women ready to rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they are beneath all the roles they carry.
If Bali has been quietly calling you…
If something in you is craving space, softness, and time to just be…
there is still room.
And maybe that’s not a coincidence 🤍
This wasn’t a one-off love affair. This place has shaped me — again and again — and that’s why I bring women here.
A few spaces remain for the Bali retreat.
Message me if you’d like to feel into whether it’s for you ✨

✨ Thursday Evenings at Sacred Space ✨
Thursday evenings are a space to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.
Each week offers something different — sound healing, yoga nidra, breathwork, and circle — but the intention remains the same: creating a calm, supportive space where you don’t need to perform, fix, or be anything other than you are.
✨ Next week’s offering: Women’s Circle ✨
(first circle)
This circle is an invitation to gather, pause, and connect — with yourself and with others — in a way that feels safe, grounded, and held.
In the women’s circle you can expect:
• A welcoming, softly held space
• Time to arrive, ground, and settle
• Gentle reflection or journaling prompts
• The option to share, or simply listen
• Being witnessed without advice, fixing, or pressure
• A sense of connection and belonging
You don’t need to have the “right words.”
You don’t need to share if you don’t want to.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm or centred.
This is a space where you’re invited to come exactly as you are, and leave feeling a little more connected — to yourself and to something shared.
More details coming soon 🤍
✨ This week ✨
Sound Healing — Thursday | 7pm
There are just a final few spaces left for this week’s sound healing session. If your body is craving rest, grounding, or a pause from the noise, you’re warmly welcome to join us.
🕯️ Thursdays at Sacred Space Sanctuary
Book via link / DM if you have any questions
Each Thursday evening offers a different way to pause, soften, and come back to yourself.
Across the weeks, these sessions will rotate between:
• Sound Healing
• Yoga Nidra
• Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Women’s Circle
Each offering holds space in a different way, but they all share the same intention — creating a safe, welcoming place to rest, release, and reconnect.
✨ This week’s offering: Sound Healing ✨
Thursday | 7pm
Many people have experienced sound before, but it’s always worth remembering why it’s so powerful.
Sound works on a level beyond thinking. The vibrations gently support the nervous system to slow down, helping the body shift out of “doing” mode and into rest. Without needing to analyse or effort, sound can:
• Ease stress and tension
• Support emotional release
• Encourage deep rest
• Create a sense of grounding and spaciousness
At the beginning of the year there can be so much pressure to move faster, set goals, and do all the things. But sometimes what we need most is the pause — the space to land, breathe, and take care of ourselves.
Sound invites you to lie down, be held by the vibrations, and allow your body to receive what it needs.
🌿 No experience needed
As with all Thursday offerings, this session is completely accessible. There’s nothing to get right and no previous experience required — just come as you are.
✨ Coming next week: Women’s Circle
A space for connection, reflection, and being witnessed. More details coming soon 🤍
🕯️ Sound Healing
Thursday | 7pm
Sacred Space Sanctuary
The first full week back can feel heavy on the nervous system.
And yet… we’re still in winter.
Candlelight Yin is an invitation to soften into the season we’re actually in — not the one we’re told we should be rushing towards.
Yin yoga is a slow, deeply grounding practice where postures are held for longer periods of time, supported by props and stillness. It gently works into the deeper layers of the body while calming the nervous system, creating space for both physical and emotional release.
This 90-minute candlelit class is themed “Still Wintering” — a reminder that even though routines have resumed, our bodies are still asking for rest, warmth, and care. There’s no pushing, no striving, no pressure to set intentions or resolutions. Just an opportunity to pause, breathe, and listen inward.
If your week has asked a lot…
this is your permission to slow down.

From this week, Thursday evenings are devoted to rest, release and reconnection.
I’ll be offering a rotating blend of deeply nourishing practices:
• Yoga Nidra
• Conscious Connected Breathwork
• Sound Healing
• Women’s Circle
Each session is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself — no fixing, no striving, no pressure.
✨ This week’s offering: Yoga Nidra ✨
At the start of January there can be a lot of noise — expectations, resolutions, and the feeling that we should be doing more. Yoga Nidra offers something different.
Often described as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practiced lying down, allowing the body to deeply rest while the mind gently unwinds. It supports:
• Nervous system regulation
• Deep rest and restoration
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep
• A sense of clarity and inner calm
You don’t need to move, stretch, or “do it right.” You simply lie down and receive.
🌿 No experience needed
All of these Thursday offerings are completely accessible — you don’t need prior yoga, meditation or breathwork experience. They are gentle, supportive spaces where you’re invited to meet yourself exactly as you are.
If January feels heavy or overwhelming, this is your reminder that stillness is productive too — and rest is something you deserve, not something you have to earn.
