Step into stillness and allow the healing power of sound to wash over you. Each session at Sacred Space Sanctuary is a journey through vibration, breath, and deep rest — an opportunity to reconnect with your inner harmony as the sounds guide you into balance and ease.
As the air cools and autumn begins to weave its golden tones through the days, we’re invited to slow down, soften, and listen inward.
Join me on Thursday 16th October at 7pm at Sacred Space Sanctuary for an evening of sound healing — a space to rest, release and receive.
Through the soothing resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and gentle percussion, you’ll be guided into deep states of calm where the body can relax, the mind can quiet, and the heart can open.
This session’s theme — A Season to Soften — invites you to surrender into the natural rhythm of slowing down. As the energy of summer fades, this is your time to come home to yourself — to soften the edges, settle your nervous system, and let the sounds carry you back into stillness.

A Journey I’ll Never Forget
Words will never quite capture the depth of what I experienced on this magical retreat in Bali. For one amazing week, I had the honour of sharing space with 12 strong, compassionate, and inspiring women all gathered under one roof in the heart of Ubud jungle
Our home for the week was nothing short of a sanctuary — a stunning villa with wonderful staff who welcomed us in true Balinese style from the moment we arrived .
Everything was planned beforehand meticulously by Sara .
I loved the different adventures she had planned for us - I still can’t make up my mind what I loved best . They were all wonderful and deeply spiritual but the early morning hike was out of this world and great fun.
We moved, breathed, laughed and cried together. The retreat was not just about yoga , it was a safe space for us all to share experiences and sometimes our anxieties all led by the wonderful Sara. I feel very different since I came home . Much calmer and loving my life again

✨ Sound Healing Journey – Thursday This Week! ✨
Some call them gong baths or sound baths, but sound healing is so much more than simply listening to instruments. It’s an ancient practice that uses vibration and frequency to bring the body, mind and spirit back into harmony.
When you rest in the sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, or gong, your nervous system softens. The vibrations encourage deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, and help restore balance on a cellular level. Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves.
This week’s session has just a few spaces left – all are welcome, no experience needed. Simply come as you are, get cosy, and allow the sounds to wash through you.

Welcome to Yoga Hideout! Here we believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or ability. We are committed to promoting not only a healthy body but a healthy mind. We want to create a safe and nurturing community for everyone who walks through our door.
Classes are run by Sara a fully qualified 200 hour yoga teacher with the esteemed Shades of Yoga company based in Bali, with a further 85 hour teaching qualification specialising in prenatal, postnatal and mother and baby yoga taught by leading expert Sally Parkes. Sara is also has an MSc Masters in Midwifery with years of experience and passion in caring for woman and their babies throughout this special time. Sara believes that through the practice of yoga she has found an overwhelming sense of belonging, community and self acceptance and she is passionate about sharing the gifts yoga has given her with others.
At Yoga Hideout we offer a wide variety of different yoga styles, so there are classes to cater to all interests and abilities.
Vinyasa - Vinyasa yoga classes focus on aligning movement with the breath, building heat in the body through a flowing sequence of poses. We offer a range of vinyasa classes from gentle flows to higher impact classes. All vinyasa classes help to increase flexibility and strength and are a great work out for the whole body.
Yin - derived from the Chinese philosophy of yin and yang, Yin yoga classes target the yin tissues in the body including the ligaments, tendons and joints. Slower, deeper classes by candlelight. Class are led at a more relaxed paced with poses being held for longer periods of time, supported by blocks and bolsters. Perfect for relaxation, stillness and the challenge of a deeper stretch.
Prenatal - Dynamic, gentle classes incorporating traditional yoga poses designed to strengthen the body and mind during pregnancy. Take time to nourish yourself and your body with gentle movement and relaxation . Learn comforting positions and breathing techniques that can assist you in preparation for labour and birth. Designed to make you feel comfortable, help alleviate common pregnancy symptoms, improve sleep as well as a great way to meet other expectant mums. Empowering woman throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Classes suitable for woman in their 2nd and 3rd trimesters. No previous yoga experience necessary.
Mum and baby - A great place to move, stretch, relax and enjoy time for you and your baby. Classes focus on movement to assist in postnatal recovery, building strength and flexibility after birth, strengthening the pelvic floor and relieving aches and pains. As well as time for you to relax and bond with your baby. Suitable for woman 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks following c-section. No previous yoga experience necessary.
