Welcome to our new venture 💪🏻 Initially we are looking for PT’s who are interested in working with us, using our space in Steyning to train their clients and open it up to a restricted amount of people who would like to use the gym. Hello 😊 … a popular slot just became available from June on Tuesdays at 19.30 - please message me if you are interested. There is nothing really for adults yet apart from one yoga session on a Monday. Bounce and Zumba Gold on a Tuesday at 6pm - the other days / nights are all for children 🙏🏻 Please message me if you are interested
