I absolutely love my job, every time I step into the studio it's an absolute pleasure and joy to teach and continue learning from all of you.

It's been a wonderful three years teaching from my garden yoga studio in Steyning.

I've enjoyed meeting new people, familiar faces and support from such a wonderful community of people.

With summer finally here, we have been able to get outside on the deck and enjoy being immersed in nature.

Current availability on the following classes.

Monday 9.30 to 10.30 Hatha/ vinyasa flow

Monday 2 to 3pm Chair yoga

Thursday 6 to 7pm Hatha/ Vinyasa flow

Friday 9.30 to 10.30 Hatha/ Vinyasa flow

Feeling a bit blue with the weather and the clocks going back last night.

Maybe it's time to get the body moving and embrace the changing season.

I've got some lovely uplifting yoga classes planned for this season to get the body and mind soothed, calmed and energised.

Monday 9.30 to 10.30 Hatha/Vinyasa flow

Have you wanted to try yoga before?

Maybe you think you're not flexible enough when you look at postures on Instagram, ( normally advanced and postures I would be unable to do)

Well, let's put that untruth to rest, you do not have to be flexible to do yoga.

My beginners class on a Tuesday at 5.30 to 6.30 will introduce you gently to the practice and it's many benefits.

Small friendly classes of no.more than 6 people so you can practice safely and comfortably.

We have a new beginners class on a Tuesday 5.30 to 6.30 pm.

These classes are small and friendly, we learn how to breathe properly, mindfulness techniques and an introduction to the many postures.
