⚡️NEWS FLASH⚡️

There's a ton of fun in the bag for spring and summer 🔥❄️🫁🌳

Not often that I make an appearance here but with so much coming up I couldn't help myself.

Firstly on March 14th is one of only a few Wim hof Fundamentals workshops I'm running this year. We're here for private WHM stuff but full Fundamentals are limited.

We loved the festival experience last year with the amazing so we're teaming up again for Womad, Wilderness and Love Supreme to deliver guided Contrast Therapy, Sauna ritauls and mini Wim hof sessions in thier beutiful Spas. Drop in and chill out!.

Come April we'll be towing our beautiful little horsebox sauna back into the woodland spa at . Thank you so much Sam, Jane and Tom for inviting us back for another season of day retreats and workshops in this rather magical place.

Blimey..I'm gonna run out of ink in a minute..

Also collaborating with in Croyde North Devon to deliver Sauna Ritauls and hopefully some other workshops later in the year.. thanks for the invite guys..look forward to meeting you this weekend.

And lastly... every Thursday evening 7pm - 8pm I'll be hosting a breathwork class as part of our Just Breathe program at the lushes New House Farm in North Chailey.
