This is certainly a big fear for new parents, however choking can happen to ANYONE
‘Choking’ features as a big part of both my classes for this very reason but the most important thing is to not panic if it does happen.
Take a class, learn the skills & feel more confident!

Former England football manager, Glenn Hoddle has donated a life saving defibrillator to football club, AFC Minster.
Glenn has donated seven life saving defibrillators to local football clubs around the UK following his cardiac arrest in 2018.

A great evening was had last night at The Coffee Camp in Findon, it’s clear to see Nick really cares about his customers & staff so much that he provided his team a ‘For All’ Class that was tailored their environment & has aided them with life saving skills they could use outside of work too. First Aid doesn’t have to be boring, our class was light, fun & we laughed a lot. Thanks guys for having me!

Getting my kit ready for a class today & our curious puppy ‘Maple’ was checking out my training AED.... This marvellous piece of kit can improve the chances of someone surviving a cardiac arrest, if you’re curious about what they do & how they work?? The last place you’d expect to face an medical emergency is on a lovely family day out. Thankfully he was given Emergency Life Support & those minutes make the difference! Unfortunately a cardiac arrest can happen ANYWHERE & at ANYTIME! Would you know what to do???
