Did you know that most counsellors and psychotherapists in training gain their clinical hours by volunteering with charities? This can be a three year journey for students. Volunteer counsellors are an essential part of the S.M.I.L.E. family, offering their valuable time, developing clinical skills towards their career goals. 💜
