An Evening Retreat of Rhythm, Release & Rest

As the sun begins to soften and early summer arrives, join us for a feel-good evening designed to help you move, laugh, connect and completely unwind.

Sundown Sessions is more than a workshop — it’s an uplifting community evening filled with good music, movement, mindfulness and deep rest.

Expect an energising Rhythm & Release movement experience to begin the evening — a playful blend of mindful movement and mobility to help you shake off stress, lift your energy and reconnect with yourself.

No pressure. No perfection.
Just movement, joy and freedom to breathe.

We’ll then slow things down with:
✨ community connection practices
✨ seasonal yoga flow
✨ grounding mindfulness
✨ deep rest through Yoga Nidra

This evening retreat is all about expansion — opening ourselves to lightness, connection, laughter and calm as we move into the brighter season together.

Different from our daytime workshops, Sundown Sessions carries a softer evening energy. Think golden hour vibes, calming candlelight, beautiful music, sharing plates, and a space where everyone is welcome exactly as they are.

What a lovely thing to do this evening. To take our practice outside to meet the slowly sinking sun. Some gentle connecting practice…opening and expanding through our hearts. ♥️
Then onto a little riverside meditation to complete our evening mini retreat.
