A "Post OP MLD" is an abbreviation for "Post Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage," which is a specialised massage technique used after it.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐋𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞?

Pre Flight Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is often recommended before surgery to prepare the body by reducing excess fluid buildup, promoting lymphatic flow, and potentially minimizing post-operative swelling and bruising.

Post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is important because it helps to significantly reduce swelling, bruising, and discomfort after surgery by facilitating the body's natural drainage system, allowing for faster healing and improved recovery by removing excess fluid and toxins from the surgical area.

Great news guys! My wee nieces are coming to the Highland Gate bar with a Christmas fayre stall on the 1st Dec!!!! They have a little business making earrings, bracelets, charms etc. Please come and see us all there on the 1st Dec from 11am!
