Dreams come true!

Our lovely gentlemen got the chance to attend Rangers first home game of the season. They cheered and sang their hearts out, and were completely in awe of their surroundings! A day full of More...Fresh Air and More...Socialising.

They were still heard singing the next day! Amazing.

Wallace view summer 25!

We've had a host of activities within the home, as well as all our lovely outings. Along with the opening of our cinema room, 'The View' which is thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Plenty More...Socialising and fun happening here at Wallace View!

What a fabulous community our lovely people live in!

We started the week with a huge 90th birthday. We took the birthday girl out for a local community lunch where all the locals welcomed us. They even went that extra mile and brought out a cake for our special lady and sang happy birthday!

Then on Thursday we attended the local library for History club. Reminiscing about old work places, local history and how cheap the prices were in shop windows! Another fab session thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

Our summer so far...

We've enjoyed another couple of outings this month at Wallace view. A beach trip to portobello where we got the sand and water between our toes and enjoyed a lovely 99 with a view. Our lovely ladies reminisced about holidays had here in the past.

We also attended a stadium tour at Ibrox, where we reminisced in the museum and walked down the tunnel to be pitch side - Amazing!

The lovely people that live with us have loved every minute!

Summer Fiesta 25!

Where to start..after a week full of decoration, organisation and team work, our fiesta went off with a bang. It was lovely to see all the familiar faces from our community links, old and new, contributing to the best Wallace View summer fair ever!

Those living with us had an amazing time, thanks to each and everyone of you.

With under 2 weeks to go to our Summer Fiesta, preparations are underway!

We look forward to seeing you all there for a fun filled afternoon!

We took some of our lovely ladies for a nice More...Relaxing afternoon strawberry picking.

We were able to take the lovely fresh fruit we picked back home and decorated some meringues with the delicious fresh strawberries. We shared with all our friends whilst listening to some lovely Scottish music. Fabulous!

We've had another busy week here at Wallace View.

Those living with us have enjoyed pet therapy, cake decorating, Just Bowl, 90th birthday celebrations and our weekly pub lunch. Everyone has loved taking part in More...Socialising, More...Creativity and More...Movement!

There has been lots of laughter, singing and most importantly...smiles!

We had the joy of celebrating one of our fabulous people's 90th birthdays on Tuesday.

We celebrated in the bar with an afternoon tea, sing song, some delicious cake, and of course a glass of fizz! Happy 90th birthday!
