Specialized levo came in recently for some new pivot bearings. On the strip down I noticed it was missing the spacers on the link that attached to the seatube and that the link had worn into the aluminium on the frame. Whilst on the phone to the customer I noticed the spacers on the outside of the bolts acting like a washer which wasn't right. Seems from a previous job it wasn't put back together correctly and this has resulted in damage to the frame. I replaced all the bearings and rebuilt it correctly and all is good luckily minus some paint and a grove on the frame. Another bike saved just in the nick of time. Wow what a colour combo and what a transformation from dull Matt to full gloss using a gloss kit. By doing this the metallic grey now actually works as it should it's how it should have been from factory . We also applied a gloss protection kit to the awesome fork and setup the tyres tubeless using the supplied valves a first for me and pretty impressed.

This is one awesome bike that ticks a lot of boxes from ease of maintenance to removable battery good job .

Well folks that's a wrap for 2025 and what a yeah it's been and it's all thanks to you guys. Over 150 bikes repaired in 2025 as well as 72 invisiframe protection kits fitted and many parts sold keeping you pedalling all year round. I appreciate your custom your support and trust.
