✨ Meet Dr Daryanani ✨

Originally from Curaçao, Dr Daryanani moved to Scotland in 2006 to complete her GP training — and has proudly called it home ever since.

She’s an experienced GP with a special focus on women’s health, contraception, and menopause care. Alongside her general practice work, she has been part of the NHS Fife Sexual & Reproductive Health Service since 2012, supporting women of all ages.

Fully trained in contraceptive implants and coils (including complex procedures), she also holds an Advanced Menopause Certificate with the British Menopause Society and provides personalised, evidence-based menopause care.

Passionate about education and empowering women, Dr Daryanani is dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of their reproductive and menopausal journey 🌿

How to find us…. 🌿

We are very lucky to be located right in the heart of Bridge of Allan, near Stirling. Easy to get to with being just off the motorway, and with a train station 5 minutes walk from the clinic 🚶‍♀️

Many of the women who travel to our women’s health hub often tag on a lunch or coffee in one of the amazing surrounding local businesses, and they are so many to choose from! Tagging some of our favs, who often fuel our inspiration at team meetings…

New article - How to lose weight safely on GLP-1 weight loss medication 🌿

Weight loss medications such as GLP-1 injections have become increasingly popular and for good reason. When used appropriately, they can be an effective tool for supporting weight loss and improving metabolic health.

Women’s health dietitian, Emily Holt, shares the key principles of safe, evidenced-based weight loss with GLP-1s, including the importance of:

✨ Protecting Muscle Mass and Bone Health - monitoring of body composition, ensuring we protect lean muscle mass

Our team loved visiting, meeting up with Alison and getting them all stocked with free period products for their club — because periods shouldn’t be a barrier to showing up and playing sport, and access to period care should be normal, inclusive, and stigma-free.

This role is ideal for someone who shares our passion to help people, is well organised, and values professionalism and confidentiality. Healthcare experience is helpful but not essential.
