Meet Wren, you might recognise their face from practicing at the studio. Wren is not long back from Teacher training in India and is running 2 classes for you on Wednesday 26th Feb & Wednesday 5th March at 6:30 am. Then they are migrating south and will be back in the summer to bring you more.
We wanted to give you a little taste of the Hatha class that they have trained in.

Yoga has been a steady, grounding presence in my life for the past five years, and I’m so grateful to now share it with you as a Hatha yoga teacher at Heat Fitness.
I completed my 200-hour training in classical Hatha yoga at a Sivananda ashram in Southern India. My classes include asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation, designed to build strength, flexibility, focus and peace of mind.
We start with grounding and meditation, followed by pranayama and surya namaskar (sun salutations) to prepare the body for asana. Poses are held slightly longer than in many modern styles, using our breath to maintain presence. Each class ends with a deep final relaxation (the most important part!).
