And just like that it's February 😊
This month I will be teaching my regular classes as well as a new regular monthly extended vinyasa class which will take place every 3rd Saturday of the month which will take place at The Yoga Tree Stirling (details to follow).
So this month you will find me -

Mondays,
The Peak-
7:15, Early Morning Flow.
9:30, Dynamic Yoga.
12:00, Flow Yoga.
18:15, Flow Yoga.

Tuesdays,
The Wee Yoga Room-
19:30, Mysore Style Ashtanga.
(No class on 14th)

Wednesdays,
The Peak-
18:00, Flow Yoga.
19:00, Flow Yoga. (Deborah Russell yoga cover for both classes on 15th)

Thursdays,
The Peak-
7:15, Early Morning Flow.
18:00, Flow Yoga. ( Jacquie Robertson pilates cover on 16th)

Fridays,
The Peak-
9:30, Flow Yoga. (Jacquie Robertson pilates cover on 17th)

The Peak classes are bookable via The Active Stirling app.
The Wee Yoga Room class is bookable via.

Hi, This week I did a wee visit to Stirling Start Up & Falkirk Food Bank to drop off donations, this was funded partly from your class fees. I can’t thank you enough for your support throughout this turbulent year.
I’m now going to have a wee break for Xmas & New Year, first practice of 2021 will be 6th January.

Being closed for the foreseeable future has meant that we have had to think about things differently. Our fantastic teachers have come together and come up with some brilliant ideas, and we're working hard on them in the background. We're looking forward to sharing new and exciting offerings with you soon!
