Louise is in next Saturday!

I'm back at The Yoga Tree Stirling next Saturday 27/09/25 for my monthly 2 hour Workshop style class.
This month our focus will be on hip opening posture that will help transitions into Inversions. Class will start at the usual time of 9am & is Priced £12.

*Trial class £3*
There will also be a 45 minute trial Wall yoga class. In wall yoga classes we use the wall to help support our postures & is designed to make yoga accessible to those who may struggle with the traditional way yoga is practiced. Class will start at 11:15 am & as I am running this class as a trial class, it is Priced at £3. ( Entry to the studio 15mins before class starts)
