This winter, gift yourself time to slow down and journey inward.

Each class begins with a gentle meditation to connect with your Higher Self, followed by a slow, grounding flow designed to nourish the body and calm the mind. As you melt into relaxation, the rhythm of the drum — including thunder drum and sacred instruments — will carry you from deep earth energy into spacious stillness.

Such a lovely surprise waiting for us in the studio this morning 🤩

Walked in to find beautiful, custom posters lovingly created by our wonderful teacher Keiyiu's Yoga — each one filled with logograms carrying wishes, intentions, and meaningful energy for our space.

Took a few moments to appreciate the quiet of symbols. You could feel the care in every detail. A reminder that what we build in the studio isn’t just physical — it’s energetic, emotional, and deeply intentional.

Lunar New Year is in a couple of days marking the start of the Year of the Horse 🐎
