Spring has sprung & I'm offering up my 2 hour Flow & Restore class at The Yoga Tree Stirling on Saturday 18th April, 9am 🧘🌳❤️
Times are tight for so many people at the moment ,so with that in mind I have decided to make this class donation based from now on 🙏

Reset, Rebalance, Restore with Lynne

Grateful to everyone who joined us for our *Reset, Rebalance & Restore* spring workshop The Yoga Tree Stirling 🌿✨

Together we explored breathwork 🌬️, a gentle spring flow 🌸, yin practices supporting the liver & gallbladder channels 💚, and a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra 💤

The sun even found its way through the rain and hailstones ☀️🌧️—bringing warmth, light, and a little magic into our practice.

Thank you for sharing such a beautiful space and energy 💫
