I didnāt set out to run a gym. š

I set out to help people feel like themselves again- away from the āintimidationā of a conventional gym.
When I started in fitness back in 2013, I was running outdoor bootcamps.
Rain, mud, equipment dragged across parks⦠and I saw people show up at 6am exhausted, stressed, and running on empty.
And I realised something:
It was never just about losing weight.
It wasnāt even about getting fitter.
It was about people desperately trying to hold their lives together while their health, energy, and confidence slipped away š©
Because hereās the truth⦠most people donāt say, āI want to lose weight.ā
They say:

And I get it.
