Like so many people, she thought the answer was just “trying harder”… eating less, starting another diet, pushing herself through random workouts and hoping “this time will be different”

Her body was stressed, her energy was low and her confidence had been chipped away over years of doing the wrong things- and over time, it only seemed to get worse

Fast forward 2 years…

95kg ➡️ 72kg
Body fat: 49% ➡️ 28%
Visceral fat: 10L ➡️ 6L

If you fail to change your mindset, you’ll put yourself in a box and stay there until you do 📦

One of the most common mistakes I see people make is with the way they approach transformation on a whole…

They want to start fast, go in guns blazing, get it all perfect and THEN beat themselves up when they inevitably slip off plan 😫 and it will happen 💯

6 weeks ago, we welcomed Fiona into our program not really knowing what to expect.

Like most people, she was sceptical at first- completely normal when you’ve tried “everything” before.

We explained how the process works, what her body actually needed, and the type of results she could expect when things were done properly… Turns out she didn’t fully believe us but she signed up anyway 😂

Fiona is in the first phase of our total body reset program

This phase isn’t starving yourself, smashing cardio, or trying to “burn off” food.

It’s where we calm the nervous system, support the body properly, improving recovery, and creating the conditions for fat loss to actually happen 🤷‍♂️

Most people we speak to don’t have a discipline problem- They have a pattern problem. They’re living a famine/feast lifestyle…

They start the day “being good”…
Skip meals, eat light, push hunger aside.

By mid-afternoon, they’re running on fumes.
Energy dips. Focus drops and Stress rises… 🚨

Then their body does exactly what it’s designed to do…

It pushes them to eat because they’ve unknowingly created a stress response

Low food + high stress = your body demanding quick energy ⚡️

Usually in the form of sugar, carbs or caffeine

So they’ll end up overeating in the evening…
Snacking more than planned…
Feeling like they’ve“blown it” again 😤

They promise themselves “I’ll lay off the snacks tomorrow”

And the next day the cycle repeats 🔁

Here’s the truth most people miss:

Most people aren’t stuck because they’re eating too much…

They’re stuck because their body doesn’t feel safe enough to function properly.

When you under-eat, skip meals, or go long periods without fuel, your body increases stress signals and drives cravings harder later in the day.

The body protects fat stores as its energy reserve (meaning nothing budges)

That’s not your body being stubborn- it’s protecting you from a full system shutdown

So how do you get things moving again?

You don’t fix a feast problem by eating less

You fix it by removing the famine

✅ Eat earlier in the day. don’t “save calories”
✅ Build proper meals (protein, carbs, fats. not just snacks)
✅ Create consistency with meal timing
✅ Stop chasing perfection. Aim for regulation

5 years ago, Covid closed our gym ⛔️

Our doors shut overnight 🚪

For a lot of gyms everything stopped

For us, it meant going back to how this all started

Outdoor sessions- and thankfully the weather was on our side ☀️

That period showed me something I’ll never forget

The people who got results weren’t the ones waiting for things to “get back to normal”

They were the ones who showed up regardless

Sessions were stripped back, equipment was minimal but one thing never changed…

Our standards.

Our members stuck to their commitments even though the conditions weren’t ideal

They still had the guidance, accountability and community that drives results 🏆

And that’s what it’s about:
Turning up and doing what you said you would ✅

If you’re stuck just now…

It’s probably not because you don’t know what to do
