🧭 Know Your Options Session – Aberfoyle! 🧭



Join us for a free Know Your Options (KYO) session on Wednesday, 2nd April at 6PM at Strathard Hub (1st Floor, Trossachs Discovery Centre, Aberfoyle, FK8 3UQ), in partnership with Strathard Community Trust. No need to book—just come along!

If access is a barrier to you, please email development@strathardct.org.uk and we will arrange another session to suit those who cannot make this.



🔍 What is a KYO session?

Know Your Options helps you understand Self-Directed Support (SDS)—your rights, available support, and how to make informed choices about care. SDS is how Social Care works in Scotland. Whether you have your own health condition or are caring for a relative, this session will help you navigate the system with confidence.



💬 It’s an informal, friendly session where you can ask questions and get clear, practical information.
