Womens PiYo

I’m delighted to be adding another womens PiYo class to the schedule. Wednesday evenings 7-8pm🙌💃🏻

💃🏻PiYo is the perfect fusion of Pilates and yoga and is taught as a small group exercise class. Please do follow the link for more detailed information. I do also have a few spaces in my advanced class on a Tuesday evening (8.20pm) for anyone familiar with PiYo or confident with exercising in small groups.

We are sorry to announce that due to circumstances outwith our control and the stars just not aligning, we have had to postpone our May Fubar event 😞

Fortunately we have been able to secure a new date for our event on Sat 30th Aug 4pm at Fubar so SAVE THE DATE 🥳

We really hope you are able to make this new date and join us on the dance floor💃🏻

Now the technical stuff….If you can make the date and would like your ticket to be transferred then you don’t have to do anything! It will automatically be moved to the new date 🙌🏻

If you are no longer able to join us for the new date then please follow the link from the emails everyone has received and you will be issued with a refund 🫶🏻

If you’re now able to join us on 30th but couldn’t make our May date then DM for our ticket booking link 🍾

Another 2 six week terms come to an end in our antenatal education class and our pregnancy exercise class💜
A huge thank you to all the mums to be for joining me and trusting me with your education, bodies and precious bundles.

I am proud to say I’ve worked hard over the last 16 years to gain qualifications in midwifery, active birth and postnatal and antenatal exercise to ensure I provide you with evidence based and safe education and movement😊
