🥰A huge thank you to all the women who joined me this year for active birthing classes. Year 14 for me of teaching these classes, and I don’t think I’ll ever tire of sharing the education and safe space with women as they prepare to bring new life into the world. I appreciate every one who walks into our studio, and I never take for granted your time, commitment and trust.

After 14 years of running classes in Stirling I finally have a website!! I know, I’m shook to my boots too🤣 You’ll find all my pregnancy and postnatal offerings on there now, and over the next few weeks I’ll be adding some more content for mums and mums to be😊 If Nic finds a spare 5mins to put her magic triangle down, you might even find some info about her baby classes on there too in the near future 🤩 Sarah x
