A post from my colleagues in Naloxone Fife, but relevant wherever you are.

We have had a number of reports of adverse effects over the past couple days when people have taken he**in, co***ne, and vallies. DO NOT use alone, start low and go slow. There is a chance these substances may be cut with nitazenes and/or xylazine. Use naloxone and call 999 if someone becomes unresponsive. CPR is very important if they aren’t breathing. Keep in mind someone may not come round the way you’re used to with these contaminants. Stay safe over the weekend and lookout for each other. You matter, and we all care.
