If your skin is prone to acne and breaking out and you indulge in chocolate treats this Easter, chances are you will break out.

🍫But is chocolate the culprit?

Chocolate comes from cacao beans, which aren't bad at all.....

Cacao can actually improve
the condition of your skin thanks to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidants properties.

The culprit is more likely to be the added sugar and dairy, rather than the cacao itself.

How relatable is this?🤣?

It’s not “mum brain”.

It’s trying to remember everything, for everyone, all the damn time.

The constant multiple tabs open, all at once - the appointments, the school emails, the permission slips, the birthday presents, the PE kits, the outgrown shoes, the clubs, the dinners, the forms, the never ending shopping list, on TOP of your own daily tasks, your job, your appointments, your relationships.

With no breaks. Like, ever.

Even when you’re meant to be resting.

Even when you’re lying in bed.

Even when you’re trying to finish a sentence.

And when one tiny thing slips through the cracks… suddenly you’re “scatty.”

But it’s not forgetfulness. It’s overload.

If your brain feels full, it’s not because you’re failing. It’s because you’re holding a lot.

Be kind to yourself. And if your partner doesn’t get it, play them this.

☀️Its been beautiful (and lovely to see the sun) then I was lucky to miss the downpour of rain whilst doing admin before getting blown away taking the car for a new tyre. Finally 🥶 a little fresh 😬 on the way back from going into work.

Phew 😅

Who would live in Scotland??🤣

I do and I wouldn't live anywhere else! Just need to be prepared for all seasons in one day🤣

As always, SPF every day, no matter the weather 🌟🌦🌪❄️ So important to protect your skin from ALL the elements, not just the sun 💜

☀️The sun is ooot!!! ☀️

HOWEVER,

SPF is not only a sun's out thing, its an every day thing to protect you from developing skin cancer and also antiageing.

So Factor 30 or 50?

If its a good product (highly recommend Synergy by ) then

Factor 30 means you can be in the ☀️ 30 times longer before you burn

& Factor 50 means you can be in the sun 50 times longer... I dont know about you but the less often I need to reapply the better so factor 50 for me 🤣.

Please remember if you are in and out of the pool on holiday you would need to apply more often if you are washing it off regularly!
