why are you putting it off?

So many people come in to me and say:

“I just don’t do x, y, z at all”

“I didn’t know physio could help with my pain”

“I just get pain when I do deadlifts, I can manage it as long as I don’t increase my weights”

“I just don’t sit on the couch”

“I just don’t lie on my back”

“I’m use to it”

BUT WHY KEEP YOUR PAIN? Eventually it will spread into other areas of your life and you will need to avoid more and more……. So why keep it?
