As some of you will be aware I am pregnant with my 3rd child and as such I will be reducing my availability over the coming weeks as my husband and I prepare to welcome our little one into the world! 💕

I will be commencing maternity leave from mid-March, and will update you closer to the time regarding return dates.

In the meantime, I encourage anyone wishing to book or continue their treatment plans to schedule their appointments soon, as spaces will be limited.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding — it means so much. I look forward to helping as many of you as I can before my leave, and I’m excited to return refreshed and ready to assist you later in the year.

I love challenging myself and last week I did just that. Competing as a team of 6 in a 24hour running relay in the Saltire 24 at Knockburn loch near Aberdeen! Thanks to my teammates for agreeing to join me and making a fantastic weekend of it. Well done to all those solo runners too!

I have a few slots available this Friday for Physio Assessment and Treatment or Sports Massage. Last chance for treatment before Easter. Contact me with any queries.

Physio assessment offers a more in depth assessment, then a tailored rehab treatment plan which may include any from: manual techniques, acupuncture, electro therapy, taping and exercises to get you recovering quickly from a particular injury or issue.

Sports massage is a deep tissue massage ideal for easing aches and pains and preventing injuries. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from sports massage!
