Hi all!
Turns out I’ve decided to take “breaking news” a bit too literally—I’ve managed to break my leg and ankle on granny's duties. So, I’ll be out of action for a few weeks, with my diary closed until the end of August while I become best friends with crutches and catching up with some courses!.

Fingers crossed for a smooth recovery and a speedy return—I’ll be hobbling back to work ASAP!

🎉✨ Celebrating 11 incredible years as a KCR practitioner! Completing the KCR Level 1 course was truly life changing! 💖

My KCR life began with home visits along with Tuesday’s in Sanctuary in the City before starting in One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic in March 2015. Fast forward almost a decade, and I’m now the proud owner of the One Allan Park Wellbeing Clinic after taking over in September 2023! 🏥✨

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people experience the amazing benefits of this fantastic protocol.
I will be forever grateful to Hugh Gilbert for being an amazing teacher and more importantly a fantastic friend.
