🛑APPOINTMENTS🛑
Can i remind all clients that I require a MINIMUM of 24/48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.

This gives me the opportunity to fill slots and meet the needs of other clients on my waiting list.

I do appreciate things come up and I try to be as understanding and as flexible as I can be. Although missed appointments and late cancellations affect my business and other clients.

Cancellations less than 24/48 hours notice will now be charged at full price for the treatment missed.
It is not possible for me to fill the appointment which then affects my income.

Missed appointments will be charged at full price of the treatment.

If a gift voucher appointment is a no show or cancellation within the 24/48 hour requirement the gift voucher will be taken as payment for the missed appointment.

I hope you can all appreciate and understand why I am enforcing this within my business.

I Would Like To Remind Everyone About My Policy Regarding Appointments
